Rossi v Marquez 2016 Unframed

Between these two great riders are 16 World Championships. Just as Mick Doohan did in the 90’s, Rossi during the 2000’s, it now looks like Marquez will be a dominant force for many years to come. Marquez and Rossi have already established a fierce rivalry which will continue for many years and certainly be recognised as one of the most fierce in modern GP racing.

After a controversial end to the 2015 season, both Marquez and Rossi were looking to stake their claim early on in the 2016 championship. Michelin and Race Direction were unsure about the safety of the rear tyres brought to the Argentine GP and came to the decision to reduce the race from 25 laps to 20. Riders were required to come in on their 9th, 10th or 11th lap of the race to change to their second bike. It was Marquez who stretched his lead and raced to victory, and when the Factory Ducati riders crashed out on the last corner of the race, it was Rossi who crossed the finish line in 2nd position. Both Rossi and Marquez have signed this Argentine GP race photo which is strictly limited to only 25 worldwide.

Each piece is backed by an Autographed Collectables 100% Guarantee of Authenticity which includes a signing photo as well as the signing date and location information.
